If something doesn’t feel right, you’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We want every shopping experience to feel smooth, fair, and effortless.

Eligibility for Returns

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

- Final sale items cannot be returned.

- Please note that light signs of age or wear on vintage items are normal and part of their charm.

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Refunds include the cost of the item and standard delivery fee.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

1. Email c8tarchive@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

2. We’ll reply with the return instructions and shipping details.

3. Once your item is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

Exchanges

Because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like another item, you can repurchase once your refund is completed.
